Payment Policy
- 50% payment upon confirmation of booking.
- 40% after issuing the Visa, Air Tickets, & Hotel booking confirmation.
- 10% final payment within 10 days of submitting the invoice.

- 21 days prior to departure: 25% of total tour cost
- 20–15 days prior: 50% of total tour cost
- 14–8 days prior: 70% of total tour cost
- 7 days or less / No Show: 100% of total tour cost
On-Tour Cancellations/Amendments: 100% of total tour cost
