2. Nonrefundable
   • Air tickets and tour bookings become nonrefundable once finalized.
3. Date Changes
   • Changing flight dates incurs additional charges per airline policy.
4. Unused Services
   • No refunds for any unutilized services (hotels, tours, etc.).
5. Hotel Check-In/Out
   • Standard check-in at 2:00 PM; check-out by 12:00 Noon; subject to availability.
6. Currency Fluctuation
   • Prices can change if exchange rates differ significantly.
7. Minimum Group Size
   • Rates apply for at least 2 adults traveling together (arriving/departing together). Any deviation may alter costs.
8. Disclaimer
   • We are not responsible for political strikes, flight cancellations, natural disasters, or immigration issues beyond our control. Assistance will be provided to the best of our ability.

Payment Policy

1. 50% payment upon booking confirmation.
2. 40% after receiving Visa, Air Tickets, & Hotel booking confirmations.
3. 10% final payment within 10 days of submitting the invoice.
4. Work Order required upon package confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

• 21 days prior to departure: 25% of total tour cost
• 20–15 days prior: 50% of total tour cost
• 14–8 days prior: 70% of total tour cost
• 7 days or less / No Show: 100% of total tour cost
• On-Tour Amendments: 100% of total tour cost
• (Cancellation charges may vary per airline/hotel policy.)
