PAYMENT POLICY:
- 70% payment needs to be paid during confirmation booking.
- 20% rest of the amount after hand over the VISA, Air Ticket, & Hotel booking along confirmation Voucher.
- Rest of the 10 % payment will be paid after submitting the bill within 10 days.
- Please issue a work order when you confirm the package
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- 21 days before to the departure of the tour – 25 % of the total tour cost.
- 20 – 15 days prior to the departure of the tour – 50 % of the total tour cost.
- 14 – 8 days prior to the departure of the tour – 70 % of the total tour cost.
- 7 days or less prior to the departure for the tour or a “No Show” – 100 % of the total tour cost.
- For Cancellations/Amendments made whilst on tour – 100 % of the total tour cost.
- In some cases the cancellation charges may vary or may change & same would be intimated separately on case to case basis.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Travelers are required to bring voucher to departure location and hand it to the tour leader/operator.
| Hotels offered may not be valid during fair, congresses and blackout dates, and are subject to change with similar.
| Children rates available when staying with 2 adults in the same room. Children occupying their own rooms will be charged as adults. Children must be at child rate range at the time of travel. Otherwise extra charges may apply at hotels.
| In case of any currency fluctuations or amendment in local Government taxes, or any fuel hike, we reserve the right to adjust the tour price accordingly.
