Visa Requirements

Personal Documents​
  • Accomplished and signed VISA APPLICATION FORM (which may be accessed and filled-up at: https://www.visa.gov.ph)
  • Embassy might be asked for police Clearance.
  • Travel insurance, for COVID-19 treatment costs, with a minimum coverage of USD 35,000 for the duration of stay in the Philippines.
  • Acceptable proofs of vaccination.
  • Proof of Financial capability e.g., bank solvency.
  • Bank Statement Of 6 Months transactions, minimum balance must be Tk. 2,00,000.
  • TIN Certificate (English).
  • Two copies of 2″x2″ recent photographs (white background & without glasses).
  • Personal letter towards visa officer.
  • Passport valid for not less than Nine (9) months after sojourn in the Philippines.
  • Passport photocopy & Original.
  • National ID/Birth certificate.
  • At least travel one Asian country. e.g., Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand etc.
Professional Documents
  • For Businessmen: Trade License (English translate with notarized).
  • For Employees: NOC letter & Office ID.
For Inviter (if any)
  • Original Invitation letter from sponsor. Must be notarized if personal invitation. (With sponsor’s passport copy & ID card, send a copy to Philippine Embassy also from Philippine). 
Additional Documents
  • Student: Letter from school/University ID.
  • Tour Plan.
  • Round trip/travel itinerary (Booking).
  • Booking Hotel. (If have invitation from sponsor you may not need hotel booking).
  • School ID card both side color copy (likely for students).
