Processing Time

Normally 4 to 8 weeks need to issue visa. Some cases take longer.​

No interview but can be contact by phone call in office hour time.

  • Embassy Fee: CAD=185/ (Changeable)
  • VFS Global premium charge=4600/ (Per Person).
  • Our Service Charge: BDT=9000/ (Per Person).
  • Other Expenses: Notary, Translation, Photocopying – charged separately

Personal Documents​

  • Application for temporary residence visa (IMM 5257)

  • Family information form (IMM 5707 or IMM 5645) must be completed by those aged 18 years or older.

  • Schedule 1 form (IMM 5257b) complete this form for travel history details.

  • Two recent color photographs white background (35X45) write your name and date of birth in back.

  • Valid passport (the validity of the passport has to exceed the end of the proposed trip by at least seven months. Make sure the passport has at least two blank pages left for visa purpose).

  • Proof of personal living conditions: marriage certificate, children’s birth certificate(s) (if applicable).

  • Copy of national identity or birth certificate (self, parents and children’s).

  • Covid 19 vaccine certificate.

Professional Documents

  • Leave letter of employer (with address and telephone number) stating duration of granted leave.

  • Letter of the applicant’s university/school granting the intended leave.

  • Trade license (if applicable).

  • Certificate of Incorporation of the company in Bangladesh and/or Memorandum and Articles of Association (if applicable).

  • Salary slips for the last 3 months for service person (if applicable).

  • Tin, Tax, and tax return certificate copy

For Inviter (if any)

  • Passport information page copy/PR copy (if available)

  • Invitation letter copy with inviter name, email & contact number details.

  • House deed/Electric bill/Gas bill copy (if available)

  • Bank statement and professional documents (if bearing travel cost)

Additional Documents

  • Statement and solvency of personal and company bank account for the past 6 months.

  • Tour plan (itinerary) for the entire travel with mention of names and addresses of all the hotels or places you plan to stay.

  • Company pad & Visiting card.

  • Marriage certificate copy.

  • Document of properties.

  • Document of other income (if available)

  • If the applicant is a Government Service holder, then need GO.

  • If the applicant is a retired person, then need retirement documents.
