Personal Documents​​

  • A completed form 1419 and Details of relatives form.

  • Copies of all pages of your current and previous passport.

  • Certified copies of birth certificates, showing names of both parents.

  • 1 (45X35) size lab print color photograph taken within the last 03 months.

  • National ID/Birth certificate copy.

  • Marriage certificate copy.

  • Completed Form 1419 and Details of Relatives Form

  • Copies of all pages of current and previous passports

  • Certified copies of birth certificates showing names of both parents

  • 1 (45×35 mm) color photograph (taken within the last 3 months)

  • National ID/Birth certificate copy

  • Marriage certificate copy

  • Police Clearance Certificate (if requested)

  • Overseas health insurance (for applicants over 75 or staying 12 months)

Professional Documents

  • Letter from employer – stating position and salary, length of employment, confirming leave of absence and the name and contact details of the person providing the letter.

  • Self Employed or Businessman:

    • Updated Trade license and registration documents with notarized & translated

    • Company Memorandum copy.

    • Old business documents (if available) & other documents.

  • Evidence of your enrollment such as letter & student id from institute.

  • GO for Government Service holder.

  • Retired documents for retired person.

For Inviter (if any)

  • Invitation letter from inviter in Australia

  • Inviter’s resident card copy

  • Inviter’s bank statements

  • Inviter’s tax documents

Additional Documents

  • Invitation letter from inviter in Australia, or details of Hotel Bookings.

  • Copies of bank statements (personal and business) over a period of time showing a consistent savings history (a bank solvency letter is not acceptable) and copies of documents which show any other funds.
    • Statements to be stamped & signed by the Bank.
  • Taxation documents for the last three years (translated & notarized).
  • All applicants must meet character requirements, may be asked to undergo medical and x-ray examinations.
  • The embassy can ask for Police Clearance copy.
  • Applicants over 75 years of age and any applicant requesting a stay of 12 months must provide evidence of overseas health insurance.
  • Company pad & Visiting card.
  • Document of properties.
  • Blue book photocopy of car.
  • Document of other income.
  • Other documents of financial solvency like FDR/ Share business/other savings/Security Deposit/Cash Investment.
  • Company Bushier, Catalog, Book, Company Profile copy, Product sample copy.
