Fees & Charges

  • Embassy fees: BDT=11320/ (Changeable) (Pay to VFS)
  • Our Service Charge: BDT=8000/ (Per Person)
  • All expenses like Notary, Translate, Valuation, Photocopy & Other will pay separately.

Personal Documents​
  • Passport with validity not less than 6 months from the time of application.
  • All passport (current & previous) clear photocopies.
  • 1 copy (35×45) size color picture taken in the last 6 months (no cap or sunglass).
  • Update Bank statement & Solvency for the last 6 months (balance more than 5 Lac). Statements to be stamped and signed by the Bank.
  • All previous passports (if have).
  • TIN copy & Income Tax Certificate- (translated and notarized).
  • Passport copy and other identifying information for spouse and children (even if they are not traveling).
  • Details of your travel history for the last 10 years (as shown in your passport).
  • Applicant spouse parent’s name and date of birth (if married).
  • Applicant parents name and date of birth.
  • National ID card copy for spouse.
  • Birth Certificate (for Children).
  • Document of properties.
  • Document of other income if any.
  • If applicant is Government Service holder then need GO.
  • If applicant are retired person then need retirements Document.
  • All documents of financial solvency like FDR/ other savings/Security Deposit/ Cash Investment.
Professional Documents
  • For Employee:
    • Leave letter.
    • Appointment letter.
    • Pay slip.
    • Job ID copy.
  • For Business person:
    • Updated Trade license copy with notary & translated.
    • Other relevant business documents (Like membership document, Memorandum, L/C Document).
  • Company pad & Visiting card.
For Inviter (if any)

Additional Documents
  • Leave Grant letter (if available) from school along with ID card photocopy should be provided in case of students.
  • For accompanying family members:
    • Marriage certificate (for Spouse).
