1. Personal Documentation
- Current Passport: Minimum 7 months validity (include all old passports).
- Photos: 2 copies (3.5×4.5mm), matte paper, white background, taken within 6 months.
- Financial Proof: Original 6-month Bank Statement & Solvency Certificate.
- NID/Birth Certificate: Copy of NID (self & spouse) or Birth Certificate (for children).
- Health: Updated Vaccine Certificate.
2. Professional & Business Documents
- Business Owners: Updated Trade License, Company Pad, and Visiting Card.
- Employees: No Objection Certificate (NOC)/Leave Letter and Job ID copy.
- Students: School ID copy and official Leave Grant letter.
3. Family & Invitation Requirements
- Family: Marriage Certificate & Nikah Nama (if traveling with spouse).
- If Invited (Sponsor): V39A Invitation Form, Sponsor’s 6-month Bank Statement, and Sponsor’s Business documents (Trade License/Memorandum).
