The visas normally issued in 5-7 working days. Some cases take longer.​

9.30 - 12.00 pm (Usually same day after documents Submission).

  • Embassy Fee: BDT=00/ (Changeable)
  • Our service charge: BDT=8000/ (Changeable)
  • Other Expenses: Notary, Translation, Photocopying – charged separately

Personal Documents​
  • Recent two Photos (2X2)mm size
  • Tax-Income certificate for the last 3 years with return paid amount slip (if any) (if travel expenses are borne by applicants)
  • Bank Statement and Solvency certificate (Personal) (if travel expenses are borne by applicants)
  • Covid 19 vaccine certificate
  • National ID card copy for Self, spouse
  • Birth Certificate (for Children)
  • Document of properties
  • Blue book photocopy of car (if available)
  • Document of other income if any
  • If applicant is Government Service holder then need GO
  • If applicant are retired person then need retirements Document
  • All documents of financial solvency like FDR/ Share business/ other savings/Security Deposit/ Cash Investment
Professional Documents
  • Bank Statement and Solvency certificate (Company) (if travel expenses are borne by applicants)
  • Contract or L/C, related this time’s visit (if any)
  • For Employee:
    • Leave letter
    • Appointment letter
    • Pay slip
    • Job ID copy
  • For Business person:
    • Updated Trade license copy for 3 years
    • Other relevant business documents (Like membership document, Memorandum, L/C Document)
  • Company pad & Visiting card
Additional Documents
  • For accompanying family members:
    • Marriage certificate (for Spouse)
    • Leave Grant letter (if available) from school along with ID card photocopy should be provided in case of students
  • Company picture, catalog, Brushier and company profile (if have)
  • Tour Program
  • Other supporting document (Some other information required for form)
For Inviter (if any)
  •  Invitation letter (if you have a guarantor)
  • Document certifying or explaining relations to the guarantor (if you have a guarantor)
  • If the travel expenses are borne by a guarantor living in Japan:
    • Guarantee letter
    • Tax certificate, Bank statement or Income certificate (any one)
    • Citizen Registration or certificate of foreigner registration
  • Invitation letter
  • Guarantee Letter
  • Company Registration of Japanese Company (It is called To-kibo To-hon) copy
  • Employment letter of Japanese Guarantor (Personal business invitation by guarantor only)
  • Visit Schedule in Japan by Guarantor
