1. Price Validity & Fluctuation
   • Stated prices are initial offers and may change due to availability or currency rates.
2. Non-refundable Services
   • Once flights and tours are finalized, they are non-refundable.
3. Changes to Tickets
   • Date changes incur costs per person; airline rules apply.
4. Service Confirmation & Unavailability
   • Services cannot be availed or changed once confirmed.
   • If rooms are unavailable at the time of booking, similar-category alternatives will be arranged.
5. Cancellation Policy
   • 21 days before departure: 25% of total tour cost.
   • 20–15 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost.
   • 14–8 days before departure: 70% of total tour cost.
   • 7 days or less / No Show: 100% of total tour cost.
   • Cancellations/amendments during the tour: 100% of total tour cost.
   • In some cases, the charges may vary; details will be communicated as needed.
6. Hotel Check-In/Check-Out
   • Standard check-in at 2:00 PM, check-out at 12:00 noon. Early check-in or late check-out depends on availability.
7. Payment Policy
   • 90% payment due at booking confirmation (with work order).
   • 10% payment due after submitting the final bill, within 10 days.
8. Group Size & Rates
   • Rates are based on minimum 2 persons for the standard package.
   • For large groups (e.g., 36 PAX arriving/departing simultaneously), prices may change.
9. Disclaimer
   • We are not responsible for delays or disruptions due to political strikes, unrest, flight cancellations, natural calamities, or any events beyond our control, but we will offer full assistance where possible.
